Shipping policy

All ready to ship items will be posted in 3-5 working days.

Turn around time for custom items is 6-8 weeks from the date of order. This does not include shipping times.

Seasonal boxes will be shipped the first week of the shipping month (March, June, September and December). Any updates will be on the VIP Facebook page.
